Capabilities

Integrated Chip Clean Room Air Handling and Ultra Pure Water System HMI
Maxim Integrated Device, Beaverton, Oregon - System Integrator
In the Maxim project we were
responsible for the design, configuration, debugging and integration of Man-Machine interfaces to /PLC-based control system. Graphic screens were developed in Intouch Wonderware. Ending the project at 1000 total Wonderware tag count. The project was set up to work through  2 distributed stations.  PLC programming was done with
a Modicon TSX Quantum PLC. A  network had to be designed to accommodate the two stations, using Ethernet and Modbus connection the network worked without flaw. To wrap up the project we did a field checkout and gave some  startup training.

Gas System Modifications
Tri-Quint Portland, Oregon - System Integration
Existing hazardous gas monitoring system was being expanded to included new gas sensors.  The GE 90-30 PLC and Wonderware was modified to add the new gas sensors.  Training and Gas testing was included.

New Chip Foundry Facility
Wafertech, Camas, Washington - Construction/Engineering Support
Engineering, installation and startup support for over 2000 instrumentation.   Project required script generated loop AutoCAD drawings, ISA instrument specification sheets, cable runs, termination cabinets and purchasing.
