Capabilities
We have a vast amount of experience with just about every conceivable type of control designed.  We develop simple panels to complete factory automation system.  We pride ourselves on being flexible enough to change from one manufacture to another and from one design philosophy to another.  We first started working on proprietary network systems.  Today we still do proprietary network but more manufactures are now using ethernet networks.  We develop control systems from the ground up or we will modify existing controls system.   We can develop OEM system and turnkey systems.  We have the capabilities, the expertise, resources and the knowledge to meet the client’s standards and ideals.

Human Machine Interface

Low-cost graphic based operator interfaces are now common tools for manufacturing and process control. Correct selection and design can lead to flawless operation. All you need are a programmable logic controller (PLC), IBM compatible computer with monitor, and software. The key to man-machine control panels are the use of a system integrator. Integrator design and development of your first systems insures that the specialized needs of your company are met.

These low-cost control panels are great for OEM applications. Once applications are developed, they can be re-used over and over, reducing manufacturing costs. With the addition of online operation manuals, multiple pages, menu systems, animation, alarms, sound and system trouble shooting these control panels will make other manufacturing equipment obsolete. One operator panel and PLC will replace many push buttons, indicator lights, switches, meters and wiring. Your control panel will be much simpler to build; easier to operate and allow complex control algorithms to be programmed into the PLC’s.

PLC’s perform mundane task better, automation can reduce labor costs, decrease installations down time, and add flexibility to product changes. They allow you to fix most problems without shutting the process down or having to make costly, time consuming wiring changes.

Use low-cost PLC’s based control panels to replace existing control panels, to modernize an existing system or automate existing production lines is just what’s needed if you’re responsible for manufacturing, operations or maintenance.

Graphic display panels connected to your manufacturing equipment will give you the quality information needed to better operate and maintain your facility.

Team up with a system integrator that will make a difference in your project.
